That’s why we offer a hassle-free returns and exchanges process to ensure you’re as happy with your shopping experience as you are with that perfect pair of booties!

Our Return & Exchange Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your items. All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. We know y’all have good hearts, so please be honest about the condition of returns!

Please Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on Bralettes and Earrings unless they are defective or we sent the wrong item. All sales on these items are final unless there’s an error on our part.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to start your return or exchange:

  1. Contact us within 15 days of receiving your order at [email protected] with your order number and details about what you’d like to return or exchange.
  2. Our friendly customer service squad will respond within 24-48 hours with a return authorization number and instructions.
  3. Pack the items securely in their original packaging if possible, and include the original packing slip.
  4. Clearly write your return authorization number on the outside of the package.
  5. Ship your return to:

  6. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we aren’t responsible for lost return packages.

Return Shipping Costs

For returns that are our fault (wrong item sent or defective merchandise), we’ll cover the return shipping costs. For other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees. Original shipping fees are non-refundable, sugar!

Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your returned items:

  • Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days of us receiving your return.
  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
  • Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account – typically 5-10 business days depending on your financial institution.
  • If you used PayPal, your refund will go back to your PayPal account.

Exchange Process

Want to exchange for a different size or color? No problem!

  1. Follow the same return process above to send back your original item.
  2. In your email, clearly state what you’d like to exchange for (include product name, size, and color).
  3. Once we receive your return, we’ll ship out your new item ASAP!
  4. If the exchange item costs more, we’ll invoice you for the difference. If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference.

International Returns

Since we currently don’t ship to Asia and a few remote regions, our return policy applies to all our shipping destinations. International customers are responsible for any customs fees or taxes associated with returns.
