Order Processing Time

We work hard to get your fabulous finds to you as quickly as possible! All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Shipping Methods & Times

We offer two shipping options to get your SouthernFriedChics styles to your doorstep:

🚚 Standard Shipping – $12.95

  • Shipped via DHL or FedEx
  • Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Tracking included

🎁 Free Shipping

  • Available on orders over $50
  • Shipped via EMS
  • Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment

Please note: We currently do not ship to Asia and a few remote regions. International customers may be subject to customs fees or taxes, which are the customer’s responsibility.

Our Hassle-Free Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to be completely thrilled with your SouthernFriedChics pieces! If something isn’t quite right, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process.

Return/Exchange Timeframe

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your items.

⚠️ Important Exceptions

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on Bralettes and Earrings unless they are defective or we sent the wrong item. All sales on these items are final unless there’s an error on our part.

Condition of Returns

All returned items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In original condition
  • With all tags attached
  • In original packaging if possible

How to Return or Exchange an Item

Follow these simple steps to start your return or exchange:

  1. Contact us within 15 days of receiving your order at [email protected] with your order number and details about what you’d like to return or exchange.
  2. Our friendly customer service squad will respond within 24-48 hours with a return authorization number and instructions.
  3. Pack the items securely in their original packaging if possible, and include the original packing slip.
  4. Clearly write your return authorization number on the outside of the package.
  5. Ship your return to:

We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we aren’t responsible for lost return packages.

Return Shipping Costs

  • For returns that are our fault (wrong item sent or defective merchandise), we’ll cover the return shipping costs.
  • For other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable, sugar!

Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your returned items:

  • Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days of us receiving your return.
  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
  • Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account – typically 5-10 business days depending on your financial institution.
  • If you used PayPal, your refund will go back to your PayPal account.

Exchange Process

Want to exchange for a different size or color? No problem!

  • Follow the same return process above to send back your original item.
  • In your email, clearly state what you’d like to exchange for (include product name, size, and color).
  • Once we receive your return, we’ll ship out your new item ASAP!
  • If the exchange item costs more, we’ll invoice you for the difference. If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference.
