Shipping:

• Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)
• We offer two shipping options:
  • Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days after shipment)
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 business days after shipment)
• We currently do not ship to Asia and some remote regions
• International customers are responsible for any customs fees or taxes

We want you to be completely thrilled with your SouthernFriedChics pieces! Our hassle-free returns policy includes:

• Returns and exchanges accepted within 15 days of receiving your items
• For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on Bralettes and Earrings unless defective or we sent the wrong item
• All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition with all tags attached
• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable
• Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days of receiving your return
